Course Objectives
1. To gain experience in experimental design. 2. To gain experience in the logistics involved in carrying out the methods, data collection, and statistical analysis involved in research. 3. To learn to present the experiment conducted in a written form through the submission of a research report structured in a format suitable for publication. 4. To learn to organize and present research material in the form of a formal presentation.
Topical Outline
Variable based on the project topic. 1. Submit an experimental protocol. 2. Conduct the experiment according to the approved protocol. 3. Submit a written report when the work is completed. 4. Present these research findings at a departmental seminar or regional or national meeting.
