Course Objectives
· identifying and explaining principles related to qualitatively differentiated instruction for gifted learners; · identifying characteristics and appropriate learning activities and teaching strategies that meet the needs of gifted learners from diverse backgrounds. · understanding principles of modification and qualitatively differentiated curriculum; · evaluating instructional materials and their appropriateness for gifted learners. · differentiating existing instructional materials with respect to content, processes, products and learning environment.
