Advanced Japanese I


Course Description

Equal emphasis on listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Students will learn grammar and about 220 Kanji characters. All lessons include Japanese culture notes as well. Not open to native speakers.

  • Students will develop intermediate to advanced-level skills in reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
  • Students will expand their vocabulary, kanji knowledge, and grammatical expressions by reading and listening to various texts and conversations.

  • Students will gain new insights into Japanese life and culture.
