Course Description
Computer-aided design using various computer programs for textile designs.
Additional Requirements for Graduate Students:
Graduate students will be required to create a collection of CAD
designs in addition to the CAD class projects that relates to
their graduate studies and concepts. Graduates will also be
required to research a textile print designer and give a
presentation of their research.

Course Objectives
The emphasis of this course is to give a student the experience of creating repeat patterns and to have the experience of making designs that can be used for industry. The grade will be given on the results of a prescribed series of designs that are put in repeat to be used for the portfolio.
