Course Description
Emphasizes the individual as a manager in an Air Force environment.
Individual motivation/behavioral process, leadership,
communication, and group dynamics provide a foundation for the
development of the junior officer's professional skills as an Air
Force officer. Basic managerial processes involving decision
making, utilization of analytic aids in planning, organizing, and
controlling in a changing environment.

Student Learning Outcomes
- Students learn to craft clear, concise, and properly formatted documents while demonstrating respect, professionalism, and leadership. Students will also practice adapting tone and content for different audiences and purposes.
