Course Objectives
The course will enable students to: 1) develop a broad understanding of the principles and practices of adult learning; 2) develop knowledge and understanding of learning theories and models in relation to the application to the instructional process; 3) learn from the different developmental and cultural aspects and the part that these aspects play in the process of adult learning.
