- Students will consider the implications of published theory and/or research for the effective administration of higher education institutions.
Topical Outline
- Select leadership, management, and/or administrative approaches and/or theories will be explored through readings in academic, popular, and/or grey literature. Applicability of material to higher education, as well as to leaders, and leadership within higher education will be considered, with a particular attention to what, if any, practical implications there are to students in leadership roles.
