Course Objectives
The course will enable students to: 1) Develop an understanding of the foundation theories that inform current research in learning, leadership, and organization development (LLOD); 2) Trace the evolving research traditions in the literatures that inform the practice of LLOD; 3) Learn how the theories have been operationalized in current research; 4) Locate and develop their own research in the literatures.
