  • Students will express ideas in written/oral form using target language with increased clarity and attention to detail.

  • Pronunciation: Vowels and consonants, intonation, mute e, liaisons Morphology: Irregular verbs: savoir, connaŒtire, venir, boire, mettre Reflexive pronouns and verbs Syntax: Declarative, interrogative, negative, and imperative sentences Tenses: Present, past, imperfect, future Pronouns: Direct and indirect object (1st and 2nd person), demonstrative, possessive, relative Subjunctive and conditional moods Vocabulary: Cars, social problems, money, health, sports, arts, emotions Culture: Driving, the media, food, health, sports, cinema, the French-speaking world, racism
