Students will be required to do written reflections on their entire internship experience, considering how the internship has furthered their career objectives from the interview and hiring process through creative and professional practice and applications.

Topical Outline

The nature of an internship is such that each undertaking has different criteria. The student must, alone or working through an area, set up his or her internship with a minimum of three hours of contact per week for each credit hour enrolled. One credit hour represents at least 3 hours of work each week for a period of 15 weeks. 1 credit hour = 1x3x15 = 45 hours of internship work 2 credit hours = 2x3x15 = 90 hours of internship work 3 credit hours = 3x3x15 = 135 hours of internship work The internship mentor/supervisor will be responsible for submitting an evaluation and documentation of student performance in the internship position. Students will document the internship experience in a written journal and make a presentation on the experience.
