Course Objectives
The desired endstate is a more advanced study of leadership that, once applied, will greatly enhance the readiness of a newly commissioned lieutenant to assume the leadership role of an officer in the United States Army.
Topical Outline
This course will emphasize verbal communications skills and an advance understanding of theoretical concepts and leadership models. Success in this course is predicated upon completing the assigned readings prior to class sessions and being prepared to engage in knowledgeable discussion about the course material. Research paper required.
