Course
Description:
The Golf Course Superintendents Association of America (GCSAA) and Sports Turf Managers Association (STMA) have yearly education conferences. Students have an opportunity to attend these conferences and compete against other turfgrass science programs in the annual GCSAA Turf Bowl and STMA Student Challenge. These competitions are designed to test students knowledge of turfgrass management, while providing them with a chance to interact with other students, university personnel, and industry representatives.
