Description:		Builds detailed, specialized knowledge of cutting-edge issues in contemporary German/European public and corporate life. Current events and student-teacher consensus will determine thematic foci. Intended to foster competence in reading "newspaper" German and development of a good formal written style with emphasis on rhetoric and idioms. Taught in German.
