Course Description:	Basic concepts of statistics with applications in health and life sciences. Descriptive statistics, principles of statistical inference, uncertainty assessment, hypothesis testing, public health surveys, and biomedical experimental design are considered. Methods include t-tests, simple linear regression, and categorical data analysis.
