Course Title:	Veterinary Obstetrics
Course Description:	Pregnancy and its abnormalities. Parturition, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of dystocia in cow, mare, ewe/doe, sow, dog, and cat. Cesarean section and fetotomy. Postparturient problems.
Athena Title:	VET OBSTETRICS
Nontraditional Format:	This is an elective course offered over a five week period with 13 hours of lectures and 1-2 hour laboratory for a total of 14 contacts.
