Course Description:	Seminars will be presented by outside speakers such as organic farmers and organic industry representatives, as well as students and faculty associated with the Certificate Program in Organic Agriculture.

Nontraditional Format:	Final course in the Certificate Program in Organic Agriculture. Students in the certificate program must enroll during the semester of program completion.
