Course Description:	Characteristics of individuals with dyslexia and other learning disabilities across the lifespan. Students will gain an understanding of neurological functions in individuals with dyslexia and other learning disabilities and its impact on learning. Historical perspectives and contemporary issues surrounding dyslexia and related disabilities will also be addressed.
