Course Title:	Food Product Development
Course Description:	Provides a practical overview of all facets of new food product development. To prepare students for real-world challenges, this course uses a process similar to what is used in the food industry. Course includes project-based learning to foster a teamwork approach to solving problems, enhance critical thinking, and strengthen professional communication skills. Exploration of market trends, consumer behavior, sustainable sources of food ingredient/product development, and food packaging will be emphasized.
