Course Title:	Health Promotion Program Study Abroad
Course Description:	Examination of global health problems and health promotion programs in a given country.

Nontraditional Format:	The major portion of the course will occur in field-based activities. Students will be exposed to seminars and clinical or community experience, as well as on-site instruction, arranged as a part of the study abroad experience. Students are expected to attend all activities and complete all course assignments which may include journaling about course experiences (may be electronic) and completion of a paper or project on a selected health problem or issue.
