Course Title:	Fundamentals of Poultry Microbiology
Course Description:	The bacteria on poultry that are of interest at the breeding, hatching, growout, processing, and further processing stages. Moreover, methods for controlling pathogenic bacteria at these stages of production and processing will be discussed. Methods for preventing spoilage will also be discussed.
