Course Description:	This course builds on Introduction to Healthcare Management, with a broad examination of the operational and leadership imperatives of healthcare administrators; and an analysis of current issues confronting today’s manager/leaders. Topics covered are based on the core competencies set forth by the Healthcare Leadership Alliance.
