Description:		Participation in the management and operation of a small-scale, sustainable horticulture farm in a structured learning environment.

Nontraditional Format:This is a field practicum experience. Students will participate in a weekly 1 hour staff meeting for training and lessons and then work an additional 9 hours during the posted class time(s) each week.
Prerequisite:HORT 3300E or HORT 3300S or HORT 4030S/6030S or HORT(CRSS)(ENTO)(PATH) 4125/6125 or permission of department
