Course Title:	Commercial Property and Liability Insurance
Course Description:	Property and liability risks and the effective management of these risks with insurance. Application of property insurance to pure risk exposures, including direct and indirect property and liability insurance to general business liability and catastrophic liability risks. Current topics in commercial property and liability insurance. Service-learning group project.

Nontraditional Format:	This course includes a service-learning project during the semester that either employs skills or knowledge learned in the course or teaches new skills or knowledge related to course objectives. Student engagement in the service-learning component will be up to 25% of overall instruction time.
