Course Title:Interdisciplinary Sustainability Seminar
Course
Description:
Introduction to the many ways in which UGA and the Athens-Clarke County communities are promoting sustainability, including an interdisciplinary breadth and disciplinary depth of sustainability issues. Seminar topics will provide students with a foundational background in sustainability emphasizing interdisciplinary evaluation and solutions to challenges, including climate change, biodiversity, food insecurity, and the built environment.

Nontraditional Format:The seminar provides an opportunity for students nearing completion of the certificate to present their work to their peers.
