Course Description:	Professional development for careers in nutritional sciences, including culinary science, nutrition, and dietetics. Course will include creating resumes, cover letters, etiquette and dress in the workplace, networking opportunities, speaking with nutrition and industry professionals, presentation and interviewing skills for securing practicums, internships, and paid positions in the field.
