Course Description:	Provides students with knowledge and skills to work effectively as leaders and managers, emphasizing diversity and inclusion in professional, collegiate, and recreational sport, community sport clubs, and sport federations/associations. Students will learn leadership and management styles to help create diverse, inclusive, and equitable organizational cultures in sport industry.
