Description:		A survey of the foundations of kinesiology, the study of movement. Units include curricular, historical, philosophical, sociological, psychological, physiological, biomechanical, pedagogical, and motor behavioral components. Students will be introduced to the skills and knowledge required to become a successful practitioner, researcher, or teacher in careers related to kinesiology.
