Course Title:Aerial Dance I
Course
Description:		Introduction to aerial dance technique and creative practice utilizing vertical and bar apparatuses (i.e. aerial fabric, trapeze). Students will develop an awareness of effective technique and alignment through beginning skill vocabulary including mounts, climbs, wraps, locks, and inversions. Contextual information on rigging, anatomy, history, and aesthetics will augment practice-based learning.
