Course Title:Introduction to Gene Technology
Course
Description:		Methods and applications of molecular biology and gene technology. These will include PCR, gene isolation strategies and various host-plasmid systems, cDNA and genomic cloning, bioinformatics and searching DNA database, genome projects, recombinant protein and stem cell therapeutics, animal cloning and engineering, microarray and medicine, plant biotechnologies (bio-FUEL). Metabolomic and proteomic.
