Course
Description:		Preservation advocacy strategies and techniques with emphasis on application to preservation issues and problems and the improvement of individual communication, behavioral, and management skills, including conflict resolution. Beyond advocacy there will be a focus upon the ethical standards and operational practices expected of preservation professionals.
