Course Title:Curriculum and Assessment in Physical Education
Course
Description:		Examination of contemporary physical education curriculum models. Students learn to develop a standards-based curriculum for a P-12 program and how to align assessments with national and state standards. Traditional and authentic assessment methods currently used in physical education are studied, including the organization, administration, and interpretation of those assessments.
