Description:		Integration of practice and theory through application of contemporary, applied, and direct teaching strategies. Students will enhance their teaching effectiveness by engaging in a program of planned self-evaluation. They will identify areas for improvement, use and employ methods and standards they define, and use tools to improve their teaching.
