Course Title:	Practicing Qualitative Program Evaluation
Course Description:	Examination of concepts and methods in the negotiation, design, implementation, and report of qualitative program evaluations. Integration of theory and practice through conducting an evaluation for a selected program. Among topics considered are responsive, naturalistic, critical, and culturally responsive evaluation, working with diverse stakeholders, and evaluation in a democracy.

Nontraditional Format:	This e-course will be delivered 50% or more at a distance using asynchronous (e.g., eLC discussion forums) and/or synchronous (e.g., eLC chat rooms, Horizon Wimba video and/or audio) technologies. Materials will be provided to the students via web-based materials and resources.
Prerequisite:	QUAL 8400
Pre or Corequisite:	QUAL 8513 or permission of department
