Course Title:	Business Ethics Seminar
Course Description:	Corporate scandals make the headlines, but businesses face ethical challenges every day, even in situations that are legally compliant. This course will examine ethical issues confronted by businesses in a variety of contexts, from legal activities to those on the "slippery slope" to outright corruption. Students will consider different approaches to ethical decision-making and the lawyer's role in advising business clients.
