Course
Description:
Students analyze issues in technology integration in special education and speech-language pathology. Directed focus on universal design for learning and forms of assistive technology. Students design, develop, and assess technology- based instructional materials for students with a wide range of exceptionalities. Students perform relevant service work in partnership with public/educational institutions.

Nontraditional Format:Course includes a service-learning project during the semester that either employs skills or knowledge learned in the course or teaches new skills or knowledge related to course objectives.
