Course Description:	Review of theory, research, and practice on diversity, equity, and inclusion with an emphasis on social justice and advocacy issues. Explores systemic barriers and challenges, leadership and organizational development, social justice strategy frameworks, and issues of privilege and oppression involved in social justice and advocacy work across a variety of settings.
