Course Title: | Collaborative Problem Solving and Preferences for Change |
Course Description: | Theoretical perspectives, processes, and techniques utilized in
collaborative problem solving, both adaptively and innovatively.
This course will introduce individual cognitive preferences for
problem solving while working within prevailing paradigms and
strategies for effectively leading groups and teams within the
context of cognitive diversity and organizational change. |
