Course Objectives: | Students will be able to:
1. Define Human Performance Technology (HPT).
2. Justify the selection of specific HPT tools for use with specific models.
3. Analyze organizational goals and processes in order to identify performance gaps.
4. Demonstrate an understanding of the role of the instructional designer as it relates to performance improvement.
5. Identify and design instructional and non-instructional interventions to facilitate learning and performance in an organization.
6. Develop metrics for measuring and evaluating performance impact. |
