1. plan and conduct a project needs assessment,
2. use project planning models, such as PPBS, PERT, CPM, or
GANTT, to develop a plan for the planning, development, and
implementation of a technology based instructional innovation
within a selected setting,
3. conduct a utility analysis (cost-effectiveness or cost-
benefit) of a computer-based education or similar technology
based project,
4. use computer-based project planning and management tools,
5. conduct a task analysis, including input/output
specification, task sequencing, and scheduling for a computer-
based education or similar technology based project,
6. specify job descriptions and develop personnel selection
plans for an IT project,
7. develop complete project monitoring and evaluation plan and
specifications for a computer-based education or similar
technology based project. |
