pertaining to the success of their strategy
5. explain and defend the results of their project in a

Topical Outline: | 1. Identifying and defining the scope of a problem in
instructional technology.
2. Analyzing potential causes, components, and solutions based
on
research and resources in the field.
3. Choosing a strategy(s) and developing an implementation plan.
4. Identifying and planning for potential barriers or
difficulties in implementation.
5. Methods of assessing implementation results.
6. Reflection and planning for adjustments in future
implementations.
7. Sharing plans, implementation, and results within a
