Course Objectives: | This course is designed to introduce students to the structure
of the entertainment media industries, as well as the key laws
and policies that regulate them. By the end of the semester
students will:
1)Have a working comprehension of how key policies and business
practices have changed and shaped the contemporary entertainment
media industries.
2)Understand the media industries’ key challenges, hierarchies,
debates, and culture.
3)Cultivate the habit of keeping up with industry news and
