Course Description: | An advanced writing course. Students utilize the fundamentals of dramatic criteria learned in Writing for Entertainment Media to develop and pitch an original TV series. Students are required to write a TV pilot and accompanying series summary. |

Course Objectives: | The course is product-oriented. Students will be required to turn in an original TV pilot—either a 30-minute dramedy or a 1-hour drama—in the proper format, as well as an accompanying series summary. |
