Course Objectives: | To increase undergraduate participation in independent research
and projects in the social and behavioral sciences. To
increase participation in Directed Research Projects and to
increase the number of students completing senior projects and
theses. |
Topical Outline: | Seminars on opportunities for undergraduate research, various
formats for projects, how to narrow a topic and find a faculty
supervisor, student reports on progress in selecting topics,
resources and advisors. |
