Course Objectives: | Approach the class in an academic and professional demeanor by assuming the role of a business consultant for a retail/service enterprise
Be able to read opposing arguments, analyze the situation, and give advice based on class principles in both a verbal and written format
Develop competencies in critical thinking processes by exploring several business cases and proposal writing practices
Apply merchandising principles and concepts learned in a selected real-world business case
Create an effective business proposal with proper solutions based on analysis of a case
Practice presentation Skills and APA style for in-text citations as well as references |
