Course Objectives: | 1. State a rationale of the need of continuous and
comprehensive evaluation in career-technical and training-
development programs.
2. Identify and describe the mandates for evaluation as
prescribed in current career-technical legislation.
3. Distinguish among product, process, input, context, and
impact evaluation.
4. Formulate criteria, guidelines, and procedures for
assessing their performance of program graduates, completers,
and leavers.
5. Develop criteria, guidelines, and procedures for assessing
the effectiveness of employee performance.
6. Establish criteria, guidelines, and procedures for
assessing the effectiveness of the instructional process.
7. Devise criteria, guidelines, and procedures for evaluating
the appropriateness and adequacy of program resources.
8. Create criteria, guidelines, and procedures for assessing
the impact of a given program.
9. Devise a plan for systematic and continuous evaluation of
career-technical and training-development programs.
10. Prepare a report on an evaluation plan for a career-
technical or training-development program for submission to the
appropriate administrative or managerial personnel. |
