Graduate Certificate in Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls


Program Description

The Chemistry, Manufacturing, & Controls (CMC) graduate certificate prepares students to work in the regulated pharmaceutical product industry with specialized expertise in CMC. Students gain knowledge of drug approval requirements, GMP, Quality by Design, the product development process and preparation of submissions as well as regulatory expectations before and after product approval. Graduates are equipped to locate and apply critical regulatory information, understand the interplay between development and compliance, and navigate submission and review processes for new pharmaceutical products.
