Course Description: | Enable students to apply MBA coursework to a real-world consulting engagement, guiding businesses in measuring and scaling their impact across all stakeholders. To learn hands-on what a B Corp is, how they apply “business as a force for good” principles to their foundation, day-to-day decision making, and overall company DNA. |

Course Objectives: | Students will combine MBA skills with social innovation principles as consultants in a real-world consulting engagement to assist companies scale and grow their impact across the five areas of the B Impact Assessment: Workers, Governance, Environment, Community, and Customers.
Students will complete a Discovery and Statement of Work to summarize key objectives, deliverables, and outcomes of the consulting engagement utilizing effective communication and project management skills to meet client needs.
Students will complete a final presentation to the client highlighting their learning in regards to the statement of work while also providing a Client Implementation Roadmap, a list of next steps providing a detailed explanation of their relevance and how their client can achieve them. |
