Course Objectives: | Students will:
• develop analytical and editorial skills;
• obtain familiarity with legal problem solving: formulating

the law to grow and manage businesses;
• gain insight into how the law functions at each stage of business
evolution; and
• increase sensitivity to business and legal ethics |
