Course Objectives: | The objective of this course is to provide the student with the tools necessary to
understand and critically analyze real estate problems. Specifically, the focus is
to provide the student a firm understanding of the appraisal process. The course
also provides a foundation of knowledge that will enable the student, with the help
of their future employer, to build a successful career. |
