Designing and Implementing Activities in Environmental Sciences
Effective educational outreach in environmental sciences is designed to meet educational and environmental goals for specific stakeholders. Educators design activities and use appropriate teaching strategies to engage learners and empower them to solve environmental issues. This course will introduce students to developing and implementing environmental education activities in nonformal settings.

Cooperative Extension as an outreach, service delivery, and non- formal learning division of land grant universities. Thematic discussions will include administration and management of programs and people, communications, supervision, leadership, volunteerism, partnerships, and youth development. Particular emphasis will be placed on the partnership of 4-H and FFA.
